Make that URL short!

There is not really a reason to use this specific URL shortener. I was bored and needed one for private use. Also I didn't trust any of the existing URL shorteners out there so I just made one myself. Because of that, it is completly ad-free and no sensitive data is collected.

This URL shortener basically collects the following data:

• Date and time every time a person clicks on a shortened url
• Total click count on a shortened url
• IP addresses of people who shorten an URL (to prevent abuse)

Furthermore, our webserver collects some casual information like your ip address, the webbrowser you are using and the url you are visting. However, this information gets deleted automatically.

Registered users can see and manage all links they shortened. They are also able to see how many people clicked on a shortened url and can see some fancy graphs about general visitor statistics. Besides that there is no need to register with this service at all.
